I want all who watch this to know I called and have Chad’s permission to share it.

I am very grateful for him and his testimony and ministry.  Wow.

Whoa!  Chad’s a strong man, very quick; hard to get a jump on him.  Thanks be to God for Chad’s safety.

Wow.

What an unbelievably traumatic experience.  I don’t know what I would have answered in response to such a question—I expect my mind would have gone entirely blank.

But what great answers he gave.

God bless Father Lawrence as he recovers from this—I’m sure that it won’t be necessarily easy.

Chad is Bishop Lawrence’s son, and a recent graduate of Trinity School for Ministry.  An awful thing to happen to anyone, but Chad’s recounting of his words to his assailant is exactly the kind of calm witness that I would have expected of him.

I thought he looked like Bishop Lawrence, but I am careful never to assume.
