I seem to remember some strange events at the 2007 Canadian General Synod when +Victoria Matthew’s St Michael’s report was used to declare that SSU’s were doctrine, but not core doctrine, thus opening the floodgates in Canada.  +Hutchison as far as I remember was complicit in obtaining a ruling that only a lower majority was required at Synod.  +Matthew’s had in a sense walked right into it, but the Canadians will probably remember better than I do.    It was a dirty business with outrageous use of ‘parliamentary procedure’ to pull a fast one - +Hutchison’s parting shot with some complicity from the officers of the Canadian Synod.  Then there was something in 2010, but it all gets a bit foggy.

This is really an awesome move.

I’m seeing more and more that AC provinces have figured out a part of TEC/revisionist strategy which is exporting the heretics to positions of power in other provinces.  It’s up to those provinces to spurn such “leaders.”
