For an example of a joint RC/Episcopal congregation see Holy Apostles, Virginia Beach - ha-arc.com St. Augustine’s Church in SW Washington for a time shared the building with Temple Micah though the Temple seems to have moved to a new location not far from Washington Cathedral.  Perhaps a square building with
a properly oriented prayer niche for Muslims, a corner for the Scrolls and an Anglican and a Roman Catholic altar adjacent to each other would meet the needs of the community.  Some careful scheduling might be necessary, but with moveable chairs it coule work.

I think that this is a truly absurd idea, one from the 60s that has long passed its sell-by date—especially considering the different “trajectories” that the Catholic Church and Anglican churches like The Episcopal Church and the New Zealand Anglicans have been following on various “issues” which I will forbear to mention here.
