Posted by The_Elves

In this interview, Archbishop Beach announces several important new staff appointments and gives some information about how the ministry of both the Anglican Diocese of the South, and ACNA will function under his leadership. The section with Archbishop Beach starts at about 8 minutes and lasts for about 7 minutes in total.

Here is the YouTube link should you need it.

UPDATE: There is an excerpt of a letter from Archbishop Beach at the ACNA website which explains a bit more about these appointments.

Excellent news.  I’m very impressed and encouraged by those whom Abp. Foley has chosen to assist him in leading ACNA.  He clearly knows the gifts and strengths of others in the College of Bishops.  He has chosen very good men for each position.  May God grant them all much grace in these roles, and enable them to work and serve together well for His glory.

I think it is important to note that two of the other supposed leading candidates to be Archbishop, John Guernsey and Ray Sutton, are prominently featured on Abp Foley’s leadership team.  BTW, I would have liked to have seen Bp Charlie Masters of Canada appointed to something.  And I think it is key that the administrative function of the ACNA will remain in Ambridge with ARDF and near TSM
