And a Bishop from the Dominican Republic, I believe. The Chief Consecrator- The Rt. Rev. Clifton Daniel, II- Bishop of East Carolina.  Co-consecrators were Bishops Salmon(SC-Ret), Allison(SC-Ret.), Scott-Joynt (Winchester), Ackerman (quicy); and Holquin (Dominican Republic - SC’s companion diocese).  Total bishop count was 28, I beleive, which was considered a good turnout as expressed by the bishops themselves.
