There is concern caused by intervention across provinces, by impaired communion and by a perceived lack of restraint and self-limitation.

Note the use of the word perceived.

  The Contribution of the Communion to Evangelism:
Provide clarification on the nature of the Communion whether it consists of independent denominations or independent provinces

Very interesting observation there…

  Acknowledge the failures in evangelism through the contradictory doctrines now arising and incursions into the diocesan partnership and coercion without consent;

The only other point which attempts to touch on the current crisis but at such high a level as to be meaningless.

And finally, the most interesting part was how little substance there was in the document considering 600+ Bishops have provided input.

Nothing yet on scripture or sexuality, but there are headings for those issues.
