1. I wonder where she’s going to sit on the airplane. Business class tickets to Tel Aviv would be pricey.
2. I wonder if ABp. Mouneer has approved this visit. May the people of St. George’s Cathedral be successful in reconsecrating their property to the service of God after her visit.
3. I guess that US citizens are allowed to go to Ramallah. I wonder if she’ll declare the visit when she gets back to Ben Gurion. I wonder if she’ll give cultural advice to the Palestinian authorities. You know - basic stuff like homosexual practice, and the role of women in society.

The naval personnel visit is interesting, as I understand that many US armed forces chaplains have moved to ACNA, but someone might be able to correct me on that?

That does raise questions about where ++Anis stands in this, given that he is part of CAPA (Council of Anglican Provinces of Africa).  CAPA has been pretty clear that it won’t extend communion to the liberal leadership of TEC in their present state.

When I was a student at St. George’s College and on another trip more recently the Anglican Cathedral in Jerusalem was most gracious in allowing visiting clergy to celebrate and visiting bishops to preach.
